Tried this and I was amazed!! Drained the washer hose and hair catch and it was disgusting. Did another wash with the vana and WOW!! No smell. Washed my clothes and they came out smelling like clean. This is a must if you have any type of animal. Took me two times using the tabs but I will definitely be using this every two weeks.

No, our tabs don't completely dissolve pet hair but they help in loosening them from being stuck in the washer. They do contain proteins to dissolve the hair, but we have intentionally not made them strong to ensure there is ZERO damage done to the washing machine itself.

Shouldn't the machine just clean itself with the detergent? Why do we need this?

Where do I put the tablet?
The tablet should be placed directly into the drum. DO NOT put the tablet in the detergent dispenser tray.
How often do I use the tablets?
We recommend cleaning every 2 weeks, or whenever you feel that musty odors are present.
